1997 Used Holiday Rambler VACATIONER 35WGS Class A in Arizona, AZ. Selling our 1997 Holiday Rambler Vacationer 35Ft Class A Motorhome on a Ford chassis. It only has 57,000 miles on it and as far as I know it has been in Arizona it entire life. NO RUST at all!  It has a 460 Ford fuel injected engine with a 4 spd automatic overdrive transmission.  This unit is in great mechanical condition. It has always been well maintained. Anything it has ever needed has been done. I have records of all maintenance and repairs done. Just this year we have replace the engine fuel pump, the generator fuel pump, resealed the transmission and serviced the brakes. These repairs were done strictly for maintenance reasons. There were no problems; we replaced them for peace of mind. It has six brand new tires with less than 500 miles on them that were installed in March of 2018. Each with a nationwide road hazard warranty from Discount tire. The Dash AC and heat work great. All the appliances work. Both roof AC units work. The furnace works as well. It has 4 electric hydraulic leveling jacks that work perfectly. It has a 7000 Watt Onan Marquis gasoline onboard generator that is quiet and runs perfectly. It will power the complete unit. It has a backup camera that work great. Microwave oven, 4 burner stove with a conventional stove as well. All work perfectly. It has a Dometic refrigerator/ freezer unit that runs on AC or propane. Works great. A Freedom 2000 watt inverter with remote panel and 4 house battery bank that works great. The outside has no body damage at all. We keep it waxed and it shines great. The stripes are a little bit faded due to age. They still clean up nice when waxed. The bumpers have been repainted by the previous owner and the clear coat shows signs of pealing. The overall look of the outside is 9.5 out of 10. It has a new 12ft awning that’s looks great. I was unable to take picture of awning due to high winds. The interior is all original and in good shape with some signs of wear but no ripped or torn upholstery. Interior is 9.5 out of 10. There are no water leaks from the roof. The roof is resealed on a regular basis. This is a great turnkey unit that is ready to go anywhere. Don’t really want to sell but need to for other reasons. I also have a car dolly that is in great shape with new tires that I use to haul a 2006 Ford Focus. The dolly and Focus are for sale as well. If interested, let me know.
