It's has been sitting in storage since Feb 2016. The tags are expired and it passed inspection before we parked it
The only thing that brings down the price is the passenger side windshield has a crack in it. We bought it with the crack and havent gotten around to finding a new windshield

We just came back to TX to get if ready for sale. 
We don't want to let this sit in storages. it is a great motor home and we went camping at the lake almost every weekend for a few years, then lived in it for 2 months before we got our home in AZ
