1997 Used Newmar MOUNTAIN AIRE 4080 Class A in North Carolina, NC. We are selling our 40' Class A diesel pusher. 1997 Newmar Mount Aire, MAPD4060 Spartan 325hp. Located in Mebane, NC.
- 325 hp Cummins diesel engine, Allison 6spd automatic transmission. 180,000 miles.
- Capable of towing ~10,000. (This is why I bought it, most RV's can only two 3-5k). Comes with 10,000 lb hitch
- Air bags and air brakes
- 7Kw Diesel generator with two 30amp circuits runs off the tank, enough power for everything.
- 14' slideout.
- 14' awning and mini awning over stairs
- Rear bedroom with RV queen size bed (No mattress included)
- Bathroom has a tub shower, our kids were able to take baths :)
- Pantry has hookups for an all in one washer / dryer. We briefly had one, but it needed repair and we opted for the space.

- The drivers side inside tire is currently blown and needs to be replaced.
- Leveling jacks are no longer working, I haven't taken the time to figure out what is wrong. We have operated without them for 6 months.
- There are a handful of random cosmetic things going on, it is a '97.
You will have to put some money in to fix the tire / get a mattress, and fix the jacks if you desire.
