1998 Used Coachmen CATALINA 22RK Class C in Massachusetts, MA. She’s not beautiful, but she has been a dependable travel companion for the past three years. We’ve logged 30,000 miles traveling all over the eastern US, but it was time to move on to a larger unit so we have arrived at a parting of the ways. Everything works (except needs a new dash radio) with extensive improvements and repairs made over the past three years, including:
--replaced Atwood hot water heater 8/14
--new awning fabric 2016
--Fantastic Fan power vent
--new front tires, rear tires replaced 3 years ago and still have lots of tread. Tires always covered when not in use.
--roof cleaned and sealed yearly
--new deep cycle house battery 8/17
--new Dometic 13,500 BTU roof air conditioner 8/16
--residential microwave
--front cab over window removed and resealed professionally, winter 2016
--Onan 4000w genset had carbuerator replaced in 2014, and has been serviced yearly by Cummins/Onan. I do extensive dry camping and this generator runs very well. ~660 hours on generator. Â
Ford E-350 chassis runs well, has been well-maintained with several ignition coils replaced, new heater core, recent alignment and front end work, serpentine belt recently replaced. Just passed state inspection 8/17. Â
Priced to sell, does have some delamination on one of the side walls in the cab over area. No active leaking, and I have kept this area religiously sealed with Geocel ProFlex RV Sealant.  This is a dependable rig for someone looking for an inexpensive motorhome. Motivated seller, don’t want to have to store through winter. Email inquiries only.
