Description

1998 Used Fleetwood SOUTHWIND 32V Class A in California, CA. The RV has one super slide out that slides pretty good in and out. Once it slides out, the living room and kitchen are huge.
Onan Generator( I cycle it monthly to keep it running well, most people don't do this)
New coach batteries were installed in 2015 from Interstate Batteries
RV is wired and I will include 2 Battery tender trickle Chargers ( always keep it plugged into these to make sure it is ready for us when we are ready to roll. One on the engine battery, one on the coach batteries.
Large awning (we only used it a few times)
Airbags installed on it ( I never used them)
Leveling Jacks you control from the drivers seat
Tons of records on everything done to the RV in its life
Dual airconditioning units with control panel in the bedroom
Propane heater (duct style system into each area of the motorhome

We took it to Oregon last June. Before we did we had it checked out by Specialized Auto in Watsonville for a safety check. They told us this was one of the nicest RV's for the age they had ever looked at. Everything was sound, the underside looked great. The oil was changed, new windshield wipers were installed. Sway bar bushings were replaced. Airbag hardware was replaced on one bag. I want to be sure there are no surprises if you do decide to come out and take a look at it so here are all the things that I consider to be "wrong" with it. None of them are serious, this RV is in very very good condition. We are stoked on it, we know you will be too: Awning slide hardware on side of the awning is broken, you can still use the awning, you just have to use a screw driver to move it along. There is a small gap between the windshield and the body of the coach (see photo) I have caulked it to seal it.Some of the gas shocks that hold the storage doors open are no longer working very well so the doors tend to fall closed. There was a crack on the rear left back of the motorhome. It has not grown any bigger since we had it. I image the first owners backed into something very lightly. No dent. Just a crack (see photo)Small amount of body damage (these ones were done by me, whoops!) on the rear bumper of RV and where the awning attaches to the coach) see photo. This is just an FYI as I had it checked out and they said it was normal, but the hydrobooster for the brakes makes a hissing sound when you press on the breaks. Nothing serious, but I did get it checked out and Specialized said it was functioning normally
There is a water stain above the driver seat. I have never seen any actual water, or felt it damp after a rain here so I'm not sure what happened, but I believe it was fixed before I got it.
The crank for the Satellite Dish is broken, but I never used the dish and I don't even know if those things work anymore.-----RV sleeps 2 in the back bedroom, 2 on the fold out sofa sleeper in the living room and 1 on the table that turns into a bed.
