1998 Used Holiday Rambler IMPERIAL 37 Fifth Wheel in Virginia, VA. This Holiday Rambler Imperial is 37 feet long and is as big as a small apartment. I bought it in 97 to live in while I worked. It has a washer dryer that works but is not designed to do large loads. The counter tops are Corian and the kitchen has a hardwood floor. One slide out in the living room and queen size bed slides out in the bedroomand the sofa makes a bed and reclines. All carpet upstairs with lots of closets that have lighting. Open door and light comes on. This trailer was ordered with the arctic package. Bottom of the trailer is completely inclosed and extra insulation in roof and walls. Roof has never leaked and the trailer was recently resealed, all stripping and seams were screw down. All new axle bearings and brakes, $800.00.  I lived in it for a while but moved one last time and it has been stored eversince. I would suggest that if you had a lake lot or one at the beach that this trailer would be ideal.  I pulled it with a one ton Dodge, Cummins and I could easily break the speed limit. Truck and trailer were bought at the same time. If it is not too far away I will pull it to your location. Set up is your responsibility but I will help. I payed $58000.00 for it. Kelly and some other rv appraisers says it is worth $18000.00 after listing all the equipment. We have reduced the price 3 times. This is the final reduction in price.
