Description

1998 Used National TRADEWINDS 7370 Class A in Arizona, AZ. Selling our family RV.  This 1998 National RV Tradewinds M-7370 36 FT class A motorhome has been in our family for the past 12 years. It has 77,000 miles on it. Used as a snow bird getaway. Winters in AZ and summers in Vermont. Well maintained, anything its ever needed has been done. It has a Caterpillar 3126 Diesel engine with 300 HP and 850 FT LBS of torque.  An Allison 6 speed world class automatic transmission, all mounted to a Freightliner air ride full chassis with air brake system. This coach has enough power to tow anything you need too, all while getting 10 to 12 mpg. All six tires were replaced in March of 2017 and only have 7,000 miles on them. It has one 80 gallon fuel tank. It has two 30 gallon propane tanks. It has one 80 gallon fresh water tank. It has one 40 gallon gray water holding tank and one 40 Gallon dark water holding tank. It has 4 push button operated hydraulic leveling jacks that are operated from the driver compartment. It has a 12 ft slide out unit in the living room/ dining room area. The slide out motor was replaced with a brand new unit in October of 2017. All leather upholstery.  It has a queen size bed in the master bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room area. In 1998 this was the best there was on the market, list price of $167,000. In today’s market a motorhome with these options would cost well over $250,000. It has two roof AC units that work perfect and will keep you cool in 100+ degrees.  The entire roof was resealed and the sky light’s where replaced in Jan of 2017 by Camping world. It has two propane operated onboard heating units that also work perfect. We were able to keep it at 70 degrees when the outside temperature was below zero. It has a 6500 watt onboard Owen propane operated generator that will power the entire unit, which runs perfect. It has a new onboard 2000 watt Tripp-Lite inverter with remote switch that will power the entire unit, which was replaced in September of 2017. It has 4 coach batteries that are automatically charged whenever the RV is plugged into shore power. They are also charged when the Diesel engine is running, and charged when the onboard generator is running. It has a new Peak backup camera that works great. It has a full size 1100 watt microwave/ convection oven. It has a 3 burner propane operated stovetop. It has a 10 cubic foot refrigerator /freezer unit that works on electric or propane, fully automatic switching. The cooling unit for the refrigerator was replaced in January of 2017 with a brand new unit. It also has the optional separate ice maker unit that also works. It has a 6 gallon propane operated hot water heater that works perfectly with plenty of hot water for showers. It has an oversized shower and tub unit that most RV’s don’t have with plenty of room to shower. It has an onboard toilet as usual. Out of writing space, contact me for more info.
