1998 Used Newmar MOUNTAIN AIRE 3504 Class A in Alabama, AL. Well maintained motorhome for sale, located in the historic Muscle Shoals, Alabama area! Â Beautiful interior, no pets or smoking, one superslide in the living room/kitchen. Full size shower/bathroom, washer/dryer, convection oven. Currently set up to sleep 8 (with three couches plus a full size master) but one couch can be converted back to table/chairs that we have. Â Awnings in great shape. Motor runs good, we purchased used and our family uses it several times a year/has not spent any lengthy time just sitting around. Exterior in good shape for age of RV. Â Some fading of the stripes, but the neutral colors of browns/whites make it not noticeable. Â Roof was resealed within the last couple of years, no leaks or major issues. We do have to be careful about leaving the water hooked up at some RV parks if the water pressure is high, but that is an easy issue to deal with..Onan generator 7.5 KW Deisel (636.5hrs on generator) runs good. We also have a pull behind tow dolly we will sell for $500 if interested. Â This is a great motorhome in this age/price range.. A good way to get into a nice, clean unit inexpensively.
