Removed fading decals
Removed sleeper sofa and dinette and put in the cabinet you see in picture that acted as storage underneath and held a reptile above, the other side of the slide housed a place for our pets and tie downs are still attached to the walls
Recoated roof approximately 18 months ago
Full brake job done approximately 1 year ago
Replaced furnace motor about 9 months ago
Serviced generator about 6 months ago and has 350 hours on it
Awning comes out, but does have a slight bow to it so it isn't smooth going back in
Squeaking noise at lower speeds and when braking (had brakes, alignment checked out, wheel bearings replaced)
Occasional rev of rpm's when pressing on gas at various speeds then goes back to normal
NADA Guide puts this RV at just under $13,000 for the low end. I have put a price of $10,000 for this RV because of the lack of dinette/sofa, because of unknown problems with the rpm's and squeaking noise, and because of the issue with the awning. Please do not contact me with ridiculously low offers as I have been up front about the problems and adjusted the price accordingly. All reasonable offers will be considered.
