1999 Used Fleetwood DISCOVERY 36T Class A in Florida, FL. 1999 Fleetwood Discovery 36t. Unit is in very good shape for its age and we are only selling because we bought a newer 2006 unit built for our towing and power needs. It has the 275hp Cummings gas efficient diesel with recently recalibrated computer that had 22 pending updates and only 78,000 miles on it. Only found out about updates as I was having Cummings replace the oil pressure sensor that stopped working, Allison 6 Speed transmission, Exhaust brake so no need for chassis brakes in mountains, 16ft slide out in living room. Lots of sleeping areas with Both couch’s folding down as well as the dinette, Imitation wood flooring in entire coach and stairway that was installed when we bought in 2012. All 6 tires were new in 2012, both Roof top AC units were replaced in 2016 by me as they were 16 years old and still cooled, but I felt making generator run harder so I decided to upgrade. Propane & Electric Fridge, will run for days into weeks on 1 tank of propane as this unit has the large tank. Propane also powers the hot water heater and Coach heaters. Been in 32 degrees weather and coach heaters easily kept it 70 inside, Large awning as well covering front door, you’ll see smaller ones that do not included door coverage. The awning was new in 2013as well. We also updated all cabinetry handles in the coach (bedroom, bathroom kitchen & living area all match) from original gold to a stainless steel look. Has a telescoping TV mount in the front for your large screen tv, but does not include any TV’. Onan 7500 generator with 2870 hours and has had oiled changed every 150 hours since I’ve. owned. Coach is professionally monthly and both the front and rear lower caps have been repainted in 2015 to make look new again. Tons of storage inside and outside.
