1999 Used Fleetwood JAMBOREE 23RB Class C in California, CA. 1999 Jamboree 23B, California valid registration till Apr 2018. Almost every option available on that model.
Couch folds out for a single bed, dinette converts to a single bed, overhead bunk sleeps 2 (small adults or childern). Â Bathroom with shower, also has an oudtoor shower (i never use it). Â Kitchen has double stainless sinks, Microwave oven, 3 burner propane stove and an oven with a power range hood, a double door refrigerator (110v/propane). Large mirrored wardrobe cabinet with 4 drawers underneath, also has 5 large overhead storage bins. Â Has a 19in lcd tv that runs on either 110v connector or 12v plug in, with an adjustable digital antenae.
Capacities are 30 gal fresh/30 grey/ 30 gal black - 14 gal propane tank - 50 gal gas tank.
Exterior has ample storage, also has an awning, power entry step, porch light, entertainment center with GFI 110 plug (I nver used it), tinted coach windows for additional privacy. Â The roof air is 13.5m (110v), also has a 25btu furnace (propane) and a 6 gal hot water heater (with bypass switch).
Powered by an Onan 4000 microlite generator and dual auxiliary batteries (with disconnect switch) for remote camping. Â It has a city water connector for use with full hookup parks.
It has an exterior ladder to the roof. Â Roof has recently been professionally recoated and resealed with a 5 year gaurantee.
Tires are in good condition and vehicle was serviced/smogged about 3000 miles ago.
Selling to downsize to a 19 ft class B as I used it primarily to go fishing towing a boat. Â Great for the camping part, but with the additional 25 ft boat/trailer length it was difficult to maneuver in most RV parks, let alone launch ramps (that extra 5 ft makes a big difference).
