Description

1999 Used Fleetwood UTAH Pop Up Camper in California, CA. Title in hand and registered with (California) license plate until June 30 2020. We are reluctantly selling this great pop-up-trailer due to a move overseas later this year.  Sleeps 7, with a king size bed each end, a fold down dinette and a pullout sofa (the manual says it sleeps 9, but that would be extremely snug!) The mattresses are very comfortable and the tent is in a good waterproof condition. The camper shows normal signs of wear and tear but I’m sure you’ll be very happy with the condition when you inspect it. It has a slide out dining area to provide significant extra room and makes the camper very comfortable for a family to use. We are so glad we got this feature as we have children! There is a full width storage bin at the front of the camper. The previous owner repaired the front storage bin floor. It is 19ft long (from bumper to the tip of the hitch) when fully packed for travel – it just fits in our standard attached garage, and extends to 26ft when unpacked. It has a 3-burner stove, sink and 3-way fridge (mains ac / dc / propane). There is a water heater and out-side shower – perfect for those Californian beach breaks. There is a full propane gas tank attached. It has a cassette toilet. It includes a sway bar, something I would thoroughly recommend (and if you haven’t got one, I’ll include the required hitch that goes into a standard 2” towbar). It is easy to tow with most large family cars / SUVs and the sway bar connection makes it very stable at freeway speeds. It also comes with all the plumbing you need to connect it to mains water and drain at a campsite. It connects to mains electricity and I will include the electric lamps that we used on our camping trips. It has a spare wheel (although I have not inspected this, since we brought it). The dry weight is 2400lbs and the gross vehicle weight rating (GWVR) is 3500lbs – our standard SUV towed it very easily. It has a built-in propane heater, but we never used it, so I can’t tell you if it works – we used a ‘Mr Heater’ propane heater that was recommended by the previous owner (about $60 from Walmart). This was so effective that even when camping in Yosemite with overnight temperatures below freezing, we had to turn down the heat. This was our family’s first ever camper, it certainly won’t be our last. The previous owner was kind enough to take the time to demonstrate how to unpack and pack the camper, connect to a car, talk through campsite connections etc. I would be more than happy to do the same for any buyer with little or no camping experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our family breaks with this camper and it allowed us to get out and explore beautiful California, the National Parks and of course those amazing state beach camping sites (I can provide recommends if you need!). Please let me know if you have any questions related to this trailer. Thank you for looking at this listing.
