Full-disclosure: when we purchased this rig, it had a couple scratches on the back bumper just above the receiver hitch, a small "oops" dent on the rear driver's side corner, and a tear (maybe 4-5"?) on the left side of the awning right up where it joins the roll-up feature. We bought it in that condition and opted to not replace the awning as it all worked just fine and was not unsightly. These are definitely not deal breakers since EVERYTHING is in awesome condition for this year and low miles (63,346).
