1999 Used Teton KINGMAN ROYAL Fifth Wheel in Oklahoma, OK. This 1999 39' Teton Royal 5th Wheel is a very nice example of the type of RV of which Teton has always been famous. In 1999 the Teton Royal was considered to be the best all-weather RV available!
Everything Works!
In sits on a Mor-ryde 6 spring rubber suspension and all 6 springs have recently been changed.
Brakes and bearings have been serviced at less than 500 miles ago and all tires are less than 1000 miles.Â
Has a new spare with no miles.
Has heated tanks, both 12v and 120v, in a sealed and insulated underfloor compartment.
There is an inline 50amp 240v GFI located in the main electrical supply cabinet.
The battery charger/12v supply is via a new Wizard smart charger installed next to an automatic generator transfer switch.
A start/stop switch, with a generator hour meter, is located in the main electric panel inside the RV entrance door.
This model came from the factory with a double rubber roof. The gentleman that I got it from several years ago, put a third layer on it, and not very smoothly! There are a few wrinkles.
I have installed a new 120v and propane gas water heater and at the same time a new potty.
There is a water purifier under the kitchen sink, with a line to the icemaker in the residential fridge.
All interior decor is in very nice condition and ceilings are clean and unmarked.
I just completed a high-pressure water hose test on the roof of this Teton and found no sign of any water leaks.
There is a large skylight in the living room.
Both air conditioners are heat pumps and are controlled by the central climate control.
The kitchen sink is plumbed for instant hot water.
The stereo components are all fed thru a very strong Bose 5+1 sound system.
The white fiberglass exterior is in very good condition.
All 6 dometic awnings are undamaged and work perfectly.
Washer and dryer work as should with no problems.
It has 2 central gas heating systems that are controlled by the central climate control.
The large front storage compartment is also heated.
Although this RV has not been used as a live-in, it would be great for that purpose.
It has been kept under roof at my son's home, I have used to sit in during the day when I come to visit the grandchildren. It has been very lightly used.
