2000 Used Coachmen LEPRECHAUN 314SS Class C in Arkansas, AR. We bought this motor home 3-years ago and have put 21,000 miles on it. We just returned from a 2,000 mile, 10-week, trip to south Texas in February and it performed flawlessly. Shortly after buying I had the compartment overhanging the truck cab rebuilt. This model has a 14 foot slideout that really opens it up. I've also made the following upgrades: removed the carpet in the coach and replaced it with tile, removed the built-in dinette and replaced it with a table and chairs, added a faux glass back splash in the kitchen, painted the walls in the coach, reupholstered the couch and added matching curtains in the overhead compartment. It has been well maintained and the tires were replaced in November. There is an on-board generator that works well. Furnace, A/C, hot water heater, refrigerator and freezer are in good shape. There are no roof or fresh water system leaks. With only 54,000 miles this motor home has thousands of miles left in it.

NADA low retail for this motor home is $16,750 and the average retail is $20,150. I'm asking $16,000 because I want a quick sale.
