I replaced the RV faucet with a household one, and I also built in a TV holder to the wall. We have lived in this RV for the past 1.5 years, and it is ready for you to move in. There are a couple issues with this rig that I need to point out. The slide currently must be manually operated. It used to be powered, but something happened with the wiring and now it doesn't have power to the motors to move it in and out. It is not hard to crank, so we haven't bothered to really invest in getting it looked at. The roof does not leak, but it looks like it could use a new coating on it. There is a soft spot in the floor near the shower. NADA value is between 12,500 and 15,000. I believe the asking price of 11,000 is low enough to accommodate the issues I have stated.
