Custom Exterior Skirt
Made and installed by Sharps Tarps out of Salt Lake. We had it done just before our first winter in Golden, GO up against the foothills of the Rockies (Gorgeous and perfectly placed home for a year and a half!) Very cold and WINDY and only used about $75 in propane and ran a couple space heaters intermittently...very comfortable. We heard of some having to use 10 times that and heard of one gut that was using that much a day for a while!!!

I cut pieces for the windows from some reflective bubble wrap (Reflictix) keeping winter temps warm inside!

LED Lights on outside with remote
LED on Entry steps
LED inside of slide with remote
2 Strings of lights made for keeping undercarriage warm & dry inside skirt. Each are the length (+) of the RV with 6 bub sockets on each. I run 75 watt bulbs with both strings but you can change what you use dependent on the situation.

Entry door Screen replaced with Kid/Pet strength screen on the bottom

Aero-flo roof vent covers so you can have a vent open without rain coming in !!
New Fan and Motor in one vent - 3 total vents that all work well

2 A/C Units that are both VERY COLD. I've cleaned and maintained them and they haven't let us down. They both had the bearing start humming due to bearings beginning to dry so I replaced them both mid-summer '17
