2000 Used Rexhall ROSE AIR Class A in Arkansas, AR. Really good condition, Triton V-10 runs and pulls great (for example, 89a south in AZ - climbing to 8k foot elevation - with a pull behind, scary as hell but she hummed right along), transmission shifts great, Generac generator with 297 hours runs great. Heat, air, fridge, stove, toilet, shower, tv, stereo - all faculties up and running fine. 2 electric slide-outs, really roomy when set up. 1 closet with dresser - NO washer/dryer hookups. Queen size bed with vanity. Plenty of storage space. New hydraulic system components. Complete documentation on all systems. Went to great lengths to find an RV that didn't have water damage and it has stayed that way. Always serviced at Joe's RV right outside Jonesboro, AR

I would not hesitate to take her anywhere. 

The negatives:
1) The carpet is showing it's age. 2) I had to cut away the driver side slide-out's awning due to it being old and it getting bound and stuck in the roller and haven't got around to replacing it. 3) Sink faucet needs a new detachable head.

Roof is in good condition but will probably need a little attention soon. Some of the paint over the seals is starting to flake away, though the underlying seals still appear to be strong. No detectable leaks.

The RV is being stored off residence at a storage facility. I am currently visiting a few times a month to check on it and start the motor and generator. I will continue to do so until sold.
