Description

2000 Used Winnebago RIALTA 22HD Class B in Ohio, OH. This is a very nice, clean unit, kept in a garage for the five+ years we have owned it (except when traveling). The upholstery and flooring are in excellent condition. It was repainted in 2016, with fresh, new decals, so there are no faded, curling decals on this one. Complete records have been kept for every fuel fill, oil change, repair and tire change. Averages 17-18 miles per gallon. There is a table in the back, between the two dinette seats, which stores in the wall. The two dinette seats make one bed when folded down. There is also a table in the front, which stores just behind the front passenger seat. The front seats swivel toward the back to provide more seating. This has the standard Rialta bathroom, which easily extends to make it large enough to use. Remove a floor piece to take a shower or wash up at the drop-down sink. Transmission was replaced in 2013 by a certified VW dealership. Two custom cabinets were added, which greatly increase storage for small items. See pictures. A custom drawer was also built, located below the sink, next to the floor. The blinds are all in good shape and work well. It is very easy and comfortable to drive, maneuver, and park. It has a 3-way fridge which runs on electricity, propane or battery, which is great when traveling. Another great feature: the engine heats water while driving, so when you stop, you have hot water. Please call evenings or weekends, or leave message with your phone number.
