I have had this camper for one year. during that time I replaced and repaired everything that needed attention, including 4 new tires, 2 new ac/dc/comb tv/dvd's, new inside sink faucet, new outside shower faucet, new tv antena booster conector, new vinyl flooring, new toilet flush mechanism, new bearing on rr wheel, new brake rotors and pads on rear wheels, new drain gate valve on gray water tank, all new calk on roof and also added new inside/outside digital temp/humidity monitor.     This camper is completly self contained with a onan generator,  outside shower, pull-out inside shower/toilet/vanity, fold into wall dinette table, 3 way frige,micro-wave oven, 2 burner cook top stove, electric water heater, lp gas furnace, coach roof top A/C, 2 beds, sleeps 4, transports 8 with seat belts, power tv antena with 2 tv/dvd,  FantasticFan roof vent fan.
