2001 Used Keystone COUGAR 278RKS Fifth Wheel in Florida, FL. SUPER LIVABLE 28 FT FIFTH WHEEL! After a great summer traveling around the USA it's time for our delightful '01 Cougar fifth wheel to find a new home:-) It is presently located in Port Richey, FLon the Gulf Coast about 30 minutes north of Tampa. This rig has a super livable floor plan, better than any we've had before. Highlights include a fully functional unit even when the super slide is retracted! You can still cook, use the dinette, use the bathroom and sleep in the queen bed without any problems or climbing over furniture! This is an ideal small live-in unit to park for months at a time. It has an enormous amount of storage The bedroom can be closed off from the rest of the camper by a curtain (see photo) if you have guests or by closing the door to the whole bedroom area (see photo). The queen bed is comfortable. Of course the sofa is a jack-knife style for sleeping and the dinette can also be used for sleeping by children. The kitchen will make any RV cook happy with its lots of counter space and huge pantry, 3-burner stove with oven and high powered microwave as well as an 8 cu. ft. Dometic 3-way refrigerator. There's lots of storage everywhere inside and out - even a laundry chute in the bathroom. It can be towed easily with a 2500-series truck. There's also a large awning for enjoying time on the patio.  There's a 32" flat screen TV, a built-in stereo system, and a large leather storage ottoman that's great for resting your feet while watching TV, as extra seating, and for storing extra blankets and pillows. Flip the top to the tray side and eat while watching TB;-) We've added some other amenities including a 3-shelf spice rack and handy flip-open cup/glass holders on wither side of the sofa, shoe storage at the bed, and more.. As Hurricane Irma conclusively proved, it does not leak! The rig has new tires, one of the springs was just replaced, all wheel bearings have been repacked, and the propane tanks plus fittings and selector valve have been upgraded and recertified. The registration is OR and is good until May 2019!
