Description

2002 Used Dutchmen KODIAK Class B in New York, NY. Awesome rig, I'm a single gal who has driven it cross country several times solo.  22'6" rig - fits in normal size parking spot if it's rear end can hang out over the edge of a curb (see pics).  Only 86,427 miles.  Engine in excellent shape - set the cruise at 75 and it goes, V10 Triton is plenty of engine for the size.  It has been stored outside so it is faded but interior is super clean and very well cared for.  Everything works!  Fridge/freezer, all water sources, stove/oven, microwave, A/C runs super cold, hot water heater, generator, added a rear back-up camera (but honestly the mirrors do the job), fans (bathroom one requires a bit of elbow grease to open lid), bathroom fully functional and having the FULL bath in such a small rig is AWESOME!  We've slept 3 adults in the rig on vacation last year, cozy but totally doable.  Amazing amount of storage.  All lights converted to LED bulbs.  Professionally winterized throughout my ownership, regular tire rotations and oil changes.  Seals completely redone in 2016.  Passenger mirror is cracked and tends to drift a little over a long drive. One of the side windows has a superficial crack but it does not leak.  Vehicle is currently located in Western NY near my parents, I come in regularly on weekends but arrangements can be made to view it as needed.  You will need to arrange viewing and moving to your location.  I am relucant to get rid of it but due to some knee issues I can't do the long drives anymore.  The TV that was in the vehicle when I purchased it is no longer there...it was an old VHS and I'm more of a wi-fi Netflix person so I got rid of it.  Let me know what else you want to know!
