2002 Used Fleetwood BOUNDER 36U Class A in Colorado, CO. This RV is in great shape but is a bit unkept since I lived in it for over a year while my new house was being built. It needs new carpet. Everything works. I am including the original owners manual and service manual. Every service is up to date including the 5.5kw Onan generator. I was getting ready to install new flooring in it but I don't have the time. I am offering this RV far below market value so you can finish this. If you want to purchase this RV with these items replaced the asking price will be $28,000 which is still below market value of $34,000. This RV has every option that was available from Fleetwood for this model except the washer and dryer option. Some of the options include dual A/C, dual furnaces, 4-door Norcold refrigerator, heated underbelly and many more. This RV has the Workhorse chassis with the 8.1L gas V-8 and Allison 5-speed automatic transmission. Besides all services being up to date the tires are in new condition. There is some minor body damage on the drivers side rear that does not affect the operation of the RV. It drives perfect and can handle crossing the Eisenhower-Johnson Tunnel without issue. The main awning is in great shape along with the individual awnings each outdoor window has, including the slide-outs. Currently no TV's are permanently installed, I had a 55" HDTV in the living room on a stand and a 40" HDTV in the bedroom. These are not included in the price but we might be able to make a deal for them. I just replaced the living room furniture which is included in the price along with a brand new 10" thick memory foam/gel queen size mattress in the bedroom. There is a 40 channel CB unit installed. All of the interior lights have been replaced with LED'S and both house batteries are new. The central vacumn system works great and includes all of the attachments.
