This 2002 Fleetwood Southwind 37U has 2 slides, it starts and runs great! The engine runs great. The overdrive transmission shifts smoothly. Inside is a queen bed, a convertible sofa, and a breakfast table that converts to a bed, all together sleeping 6 (4 adults and 2 children). There is a beautiful kitchen with marble-like counter, gas stove and oven, and convection/microwave. The refrigerator/freezer runs great switching automatically from gas to electric as needed. In the front area, the drivers and passenger seats are leather, there is a back up camera. A separate Blue Ray DVD, and a CD/radio are also included. An automatic washer/Dryer is an added luxury. There are two ducted A/C units (front and rear), and two ducted gas heaters (front and rear), with auto thermostat. Outside, there is plenty of storage all around the unit. The generator is an Onan. Hydraulic leveling jacks (front and rear) work from controls by the driver. Plumbing and electrical work good. This is a great RV, built to last, and priced to sell.
