Description

2002 Used Itasca SUNCRUISER 35U Class A in Oklahoma, OK. We have thoroughly enjoyed the camping and traveling opportunities offered by our 2002 Itasca.  We put about 50,000 miles on it during our ownership.  It is reliably comfortable.  We traveled many places, but the most fun for us was the Smoky Mountain National Park.  We visited it four times during the last few years.  Having the capabilities that are built into the Itasca made traveling and camping easy and convenient.  Leveling was a big issue with our trailer, but no issue at all for the Itasca.  It is roomy enough for three adults to travel and camp in comfort.  The kitchen is equipped superbly with a refrigerator (with Ice maker), large microwave/convection oven, stove top and oven, and plenty of storage for all the dishes, silverware, other cooking tools and food in the refrigerator and the pull out pantry. We've enjoyed the filter that provided tasteful drinking water and ice no matter where we were.  The bath room is large enough that no one feels crowded and the holding tanks provide three days fresh water and grey and black water storage for the three adults.  We had many good times traveling with RVing friends and the trips we took on our own.  The size of the Itasca was never a problem and the power of the Ford V-10 was more than adequate and handled the Jeep Liberty vehicle we towed.  The Itasca is ready to go for a trip, I, unfortunately, am not. At, 77, I am undergoing treatment for prostate cancer which has spread to my bones.  The prognosis is not good for a cure, but with successful treatment there is a chance for my lengthy survival.  For the future, my treatment will take all my attention.  A partial list of equipment: Patio Awning with metal wrap, exterior entertainment system, Dual glazed windows, Driver’s door with electric window, updated Sony flat screen front TV, rear TV, True Air Residential Central heat pump/AC, 40000 BTU LP furnace, Norcold Refrigerator/freezer w/ice maker dual power, 300 watt inverter, Satellite TV system ready, water system winterizing valve, exterior water utility station,  5500 watt Onan gas generator, Water filter system, city water hookup w/ diverter valve, Hot Water heater heated by engine while traveling otherwise LP or Electric, holding tanks with flushing system in heated compartment, Kitchen solid surface countertop, range w/oven, built-in coffee maker, Microwave & Convection cooking appliance, filtered water, regular Queen-sized bed in bedroom updated mattress,  Dinette converts into a bed, living room couch (makes into a queen-sized bed.  Driver’s seat and front passenger seat may be swiveled to face living area.  Power mirrors,  Operator manuals included, Safety: Smoke Alarm, Carbon Monoxide detector, LP leak detector, Fire extinguisher,  Powered steps, lots of inside and outside storage.  On the road coach heater plus automotive heating and A/C.
