2002 Used Pioneer 23T6 Travel Trailer in Ohio, OH. For sale is a complete 2002 Pioneer 23T6 bumper pull camper, by Fleetwood. I am selling it for our good friends who camped with us with this camper on two major trips to the SW and SE USA in 2016 and 2017.  Major changes to their health now mandate the sale of their camper. It is being sold complete, with all accessories used by them for camping, like tableware, rugs, wall hangings, sewer pipes, lift support, etc. Pioneer did a very nice job with the floor plan layout, with large storage compartments (both inside and out), a large front bedroom, center kitchen / dinette, and a spacious rear bathroom. There is no visible wear apparent to interior fabrics, flooring, or appliances. However, the previous owner (who USED to be a good friend to us both) sold the camper to them in 2015 without communicating that a small hole in the roof membrane allowed water damage to develop in the left rear wall and the bathroom's floor sheathing. The membrane tear has been repaired, along with the bathroom floor, making it fully functionional again. However, there is still a small strip of floor next to the shower that is "spongy" but could not be repaired without a full tearout of the shower.  Everything in the camper is fully functional, including water system, sewer system, heating, air conditioning, lights, refrigerator, three burner stove, electric inverter, and electric lift for front bumper. All tires were new in 2015 and have approximately 5K miles on them (please see attached picture). Brakes and bearings have been carefully serviced (bearing caps have "bearing buddy" fittings). I have also included a photo of a minor "bumper bump" to the left side of the camper, that creased the aluminum but did not tear thru the material. The roof membrane has been professionally serviced in 2017 to check for potential leaks, with none found. A fully functioning awning is included, but needs the awning material replaced due to previous wind and UV damage to the fabric. The manufacturer's advertised specifics for the camper are: length of 28', width of 8', and bare weight of 4376 lbs. This a a very comfortable and viable camper for sleeping of 2 to 4 individuals.
