2002 Used Thor Motor Coach FOUR WINDS FIVE THOUSAND Class C in California, CA. Great condition, 39,000 miles.  Last year: Six new 10-ply Michelin tires, with wheel covers, all new belts and hoses, brakes, new microwave, newer batteries (coach and engine). New DC converter. Added a new back-up camera. Passed smog. Roof A/C and ducted heat work very well. Refigerator runs well on electricity or propane. Fresh water tank 50 gallons. Generator serviced 10,000 miles ago. less than 500 hours. works great. Roof in good condition, never had leaks. RV easily sleeps 7, but small children can share to accomodate more. Split bath with large shower on one side and separate enclosed area with vanity and toilet. Mid-cabin curtains can be closed off to separate and create privacy between the main cabin and rear bedroom. Model 28-D. Actual length 29.5 feet. We have loved this RV, everything works great.  We've taken it to Yellowstone and a cross-country trip to Washington DC and back without any problems. We make frequent beach trips. What we have loved about this RV that is hard to find in other RVs: Extra Dinette seating (converts to a bed) with seat belts in the back room area. (Totaling 9 seatbelts) Comfortable bunk beds, large bed area over cab, day/night shades. We're in no hurry to sell this RV. Price is firm, and already reflects imperfections.
