Description

2003 Used Alfa SEE YA 40FD Class A in Oregon, OR. With only 12,657 miles, this is the lowest mileage Alfa See Ya diesel pusher that I have been able to find anywhere in the USA. With only 115 hours on the generator, I suspect it is the least used and the one in the best condition as well.

This motorhome has a 330 HP Cat C7 engine, is built on a Freightliner air ride chassis and has a 6 speed Allison transmission. The transmission can operate in either manual or automatic mode (automatic mode for highway driving and you can manually shift gears if needed when pulling a hill) and has both a standard mode and economy mode. The engine has an exhaust brake for descending hills and the chassis included (4) leveling jacks and air brakes.

A 7.5 KW generator gives you all the power you need for either dry camping or running anything you would want anytime you are not plugged in. All (6) tires were replaced this spring (less than 2,000 miles ago) with Toyo M177 295/75R 22.5 tires for $2,950. I replaced the house batteries at the same time for $725. The chassis batteries were replaced prior to that for $235. I just upgraded the headlights and turn signals to Diamond Clear headlights. I had the water heater inspected this summer, the terminals were cleaned and it has a new thermo coupler installed ($300). I also had a new JVC KW-V230BT in-dash receiver installed this summer ($500) so I had hands free calling, satellite radio and Bluetooth music capabilities when driving.

Other features include:
2 slide outs (one full wall driver side living room/dining room slide and one passenger side closet slide out)
High ceilings (I am 6' and cannot touch ceiling even with my arm fully extended)
Leather captain’s chairs, leather sofa/hide a bed and (2) leather recliners
Washer/dryer combo unit (probably has not been used 5 times)
Full shower with skylight
Vanity & sink in bedroom
Queen walk around bed
Large, deep cedar lined closet
TV's in bedroom, living room and above windshield
Freezer on slide out tray in basement storage
Full AC/heat (AC runs on electric when plugged in or off of genset) heater runs off of electric or propane
Ceiling fan in living room
(3) power vents in ceiling
Large storage areas in basement with (2) large slides (one is pass through)
All the other features a luxury coach includes

My family has had this coach since I believe 2005. The original owner put 2,000 miles on it and we have put the last 10,500 miles on it. It has been a fantastic coach for us, it just doesn't get used enough (as the mileage and hours indicate). We decided this spring that this would be the year which is why I have spent $5,000 upgrading/replacing things on it. We ended up using it 4 times. We have other vacation properties that have taken up our time so it is time for the RV to go.

The RV is in covered storage in Eugene, OR and can be seen at any time
