Description

2003 Used Dutchmen EXPRESS 28A Class C in Nevada, NV. Excellent condition, super clean and ready to go!  Big enough to sleep 6 or 8 but small enough to fit in most campgrounds and National Parks.

Queen walk around bed.  Super thick mattress.  Lots of windows!  Upper bunk converted to storage area (can be converted back with new mattresses to sleep 8).  2 TV's (one 12 volt, one 120 volt), 3 burner stove, oven, microwave, propane/electric refrigerator, solid oak cabinet doors (not particle board).  Onan Microquiet 4000 generator with 570 hours.  New rear tires in May 2016, new front tires June 2017.

Purchased in May, 2015 but looking to upgrade to larger class C or class A.  We are still using this so mileage may be slightly higher after placement of ad.  We did a lot of upgrades ourselves when purchased:

  • New awning & decals (done at dealership when purchased)
  • Replaced carpet everywhere, including under bed and booth
  • Installed laminate wood floors in kitchen and bath
  • Replaced shower curtain with glass door
  • Added cabinet to bath (his & her), moved cabinets to bedroom
  • Replaced small plastic sink in bath with larger stainless
  • Added LED trim ring light in bath
  • Replaced all light bulbs with LED bulbs
  • Added second battery for longer life when dry camping
  • Added exterior roof vent covers
  • Replaced vent trim rings and repainted air conditioner plastic (these age over time and yellow)
  • Added crank down stabilizing jacks to rear of RV
  • Replaced kitchen faucet with taller one
  • Installed a Roscoe infrared backup camera with sound (also acts as a rear view mirror while driving)

Cruise control, power windows, AM/FM CD, Weatherguard floor mats, 5,000 lb towing capacity, ducted heat, central AC, new brakes in May 2017, oil & fuel filter changed every spring.  Engine and transmission run flawlessly.  Just came back from a 2,000 mile trip to Colorado in May with zero issues.

Known problems:  Front bunk window has a crack in it but does not leak or affect the RV.
