Central ducted air conditioner, and separate ducted propane heater. 6 gallon water heater. 3 burner stove with oven, bigger size fridge with separate freezer door. It works on propane or a/c. Microwave, screened rear garage door and chains to turn door into a patio/deck. 2 optima batteries, upgraded electric pump hydraulic disk brake setup. (Takes car pads and disks... stops amazing) has a shared 25 gallon gas tank for generator and a fuel station pump to fill up your toys.
Built in Generator that can power the air conditioner or bigger power tools. 2 motorcycle wheel chalks/holsters, lots of tie down points. Yes a "utv" will fit door height about 6' 10'' garage area is 12' long but you may put longer items down the center, into the kitchen section... Super heavy duty tires and matching spare with lots of life left. New Electric front jacks. New membrane roof professionally installed a few years ago... all upgrades less than 3 years old. This is a nice trailer and has taken us across the county a few times. It's in great shape and ready for adventure. Few cosmetic blemishes as it has been used and customized..
