2003 Used Sunline SOLARIS 2363 Travel Trailer in Maryland, MD

2003 Used Sunline SOLARIS 2363 Travel Trailer in Maryland, MD. Camper is in good condition, siding is in good shape, stickers are almost all peeling.  Interior is in really good shape, camper did have water leak, but leak was fixed and subfloor in nose was replaced. New simulated oak vinyl plank laid down on 2/3 of floor including the bathroom. Jack knife couch in nose, queen bed in rear, full bath (not a wet bath) with porcelain foot flush toliet, all appliances work, all lights works, 2 full 30lb propane tanks, also a equalizer 4 point hitch is included (it is older, but works with no problems). Tires are only 2 years old, lots of tread left, brakes work well, unit does have a spare and spare carrier. Battery replaced last year.  A/C blows cold and strong. Furnace works, but to be honest we normally used a space heater cause we always had electric hookups. Only major replacement needed would be the awning. Motivated to sell. Make an offer
