2004 Used Alfa SEE YA 36FD Class A in California, CA. This is a one owner, non-smoking, non-pet coach.  We are retired truckers.  That's why there's not much milage on this coach.  That translates to professional upkeep.  We know the road, and how to care for a large vehicle.  We drove 1.5 million miles with no accidents and no citations.

We have been full timing since 1991, (well part time from 1998 till 2013 when we retired from trucking), and in the Coach since 2005 when we purchased it.  The best thing I can say about this RV is the Upgrades.  Lots of upgrades to make it more livable.  Due to space limits here, I will attempt to list all the upgrades.  If I run out of room, I will email anyone with a complete list.

Residential Refrigerator - Fisher / Paykal with ice maker and water dispenser in door
55" LG 3D Big Screen TV w/ Surround Sound Bar, Wireless Sub-woofer, and Blu Ray DVD Player
Two Laptop Computer stations w/ eight file drawers
All Oak Cabinets over Front Area
2 Solar Panels w/charge controller, and 4 additional Trojan Batteries to complement the 6 Standard Batteries.  W/autofill one spot watering system
2 Lazy Boy recliners to replace couch
New Engine Computer Chip to give an additional 30 % hp increase
Replaced std muffler with Turbo Low Resistrictin Muffler
Replaced std Air Cleaner with Washable Low Restriction Air Cleaner
Replaced air in all tires with Nitrogen so tires last longer / run cooler
Professionally coated roof with "Bus Kote" Ceramic Coating 
Replaced all steel wheels with Aluminum Wheels with Centramatic Wheel Balancers on all wheels
Added two additional slide out trays to front bay
Replaced Travel TV with Wine Rack Cabinet
Replaced Candide Washer/Dryer with Shelves to enhance storage  All plumbing fittings retained 
Replaced std entry light with LED Light w/motion sensor
Comes compete with all shades, window covers (front cover is held on with magnets - Works Great!), macerator pump and 75 ft hose, numerous spares such as engine filters, tow hitch and cords, cover, and cables, all manuals that came with coach, and any additional manuals for new included equipment.

In boating it would be called a "Well Found Unit".  It is.  We all face the time to hang up our spurs.  This is our time.
