Description

2004 Used Coach House PLATINUM 232XL Class C in Arizona, AZ. Are you a lady looking to travel solo or wonder if there is a coach out there that you can handle yourself? Don’t be intimidated, this coach is for you. New this coach is 6 figures. There are no leaks because the body/roof is a fiberglass shell. Easy to drive, maneuver and connect to services.

Look at these photos carefully. The coach has been detailed, waxed and beautified. The interior photos were taken before the interior detailing so a dust bunny may be found.

Available now is this wonderful 2004 Coach House Platinum 232 XLSD. This coach has a V-10 Ford Engine on a Ford Chassis, 1 Slide-out, 4000W Onan Gas Generator, 1 Ducted Air Conditioner, Double Door Gas/110v Dometic Refrigerator/Freezer, Slide Awning, Main 14’ Awning, Backup Camera, new digital TV and omnidirectional antennae, new Dometic Convection/Microwave, 3 Burner gas range, HWH auto leveling system, Corian countertops in the kitchen and bath. Front leather seats. New vinyl flooring replacing the carpeting except in the driving area, where there is newly shampooed carpeting. Jack-knife electric sofa/bed (see operation here s://youtu.be/SAIRDdw_QhM). New bathroom shower head and soap containers. Large closet for hanging clothes. I added a portable solar panel to keep the batteries charged when we are not driving.

There are only three shortcomings on this coach, according to my wife.
Full Disclosure:
First, she wants to replace the faucets, they work fine for me.
Second, on our last trip a knuckle in the awning broke. We don’t know if this affects the awning extending or not. I have the part number and was planning to replace this part. The Fiamma awning company is very responsive when I have previously ordered parts. So ordering these parts is pending. Here is a thought. Before we decided to list this coach we discovered there is a motor upgrade to this awning so it can be operated from within the coach. This is something I was investigating. FYI.
Third, we noticed there is a small drip outside coming from the water heater. Nothing earthshaking, but we have the water heater number and if you want to replace the water heater yourself there would be a deduction in the price.

My wife and I keep the generator and engine serviced. We have never towed with this unit, although it has a 5,000# hitch. It is so easy to drive and scoot in BLM land or a campground, or a night at the occasional Walmart. It is in great shape. We drive slower than many other RV drivers out there. We were away in it for a couple of weeks earlier this month. We have all our service records. And, we only use synthetic oil.

We love this coach and have continued to keep it in working order. Our reason for selling is the need for a more permanent desk work area since I now work remotely or we wouldn't have listed this. Title is clean.
