2004 Used DRV MOBILE SUITES 31RS3 Fifth Wheel in New York, NY. 2004 (lists as 2005 on NADA) DRV Mobile Suites 31RS3.  31' long, 3 slide outs.  Corian countertops, maple cabinets, 2 burner gas cooktop, microwave/convection oven.  12 gallon hot water heater (runs on gas or electric).  Stacked washer and dryer (not a combo unit). 2 AC units.  Will need a queen mattress, the lens of one scare light is broken, and the door side slide out needs to be adjusted.  Brand new house battery.  Lots of storage, large pull out tray in basement storage area.  Comes with all potable water hoses, including a heated water hose), sewer hose set up, stabilizing jacks, kingpin tripod jack, X-Chock wheel chocks.  (2) 40 lb propane tanks (full).  This is a very nice unit, we lived in it for a year and a half while working in the oil field in Oklahoma and West Virginia.  We also had custom skirting made for extra comfort in the winter.
