2004 Used Fleetwood SOUTHWIND 37C Class A in Montana, MT. This motorhome is on a Workhorse chassis with a Chevy gas 8.1 vortex engine (no leaks-runs great) and boasts a 5 speed Allison transmission. This RV, with upgraded cherry cabinetry, still looks in great shape both inside and out and would be and excellent RV for family getaways, full-timers or snowbirds. We are non smokers with no pets and have enjoyed this two owner RV immensely. This RV has three slides (two in LR one in BR) and has just been recently serviced including Onan generator, water heater, oil changed, radiator fluid changed, fuel filter changed, front end work-wheel bearings and brakes serviced/checked and good. New tires put on two years ago (3 years old). This RV has a newer washer ( < 3 years old), convection oven /microwave and also an oven. BRAND NEW quality mattress put in (keeping sleep number mattress) and still in wrapper, two furnaces, two A/C's, auto awning. This recently waxed coach is a 30 Amp service and yet will handle the two A/Cs together through a "shedding" energy system which works slick. This RV will cool down from 100+ degrees and can become too cold for our liking. Gas tank 75 gallons, fresh water tank 75 gallons, grey tank 45 and black tank 45 gallons. DVD/CD 5 disc changer/AM/FM receiver surround sound, VHS and two TV's (analog with digital converter) . All new batterries installed in March. Two stage exterior water filter system. Tons of storage.
