2004 Used Forest River CEDAR CREEK SILVERBACK 29LRLBS Fifth Wheel in Tennessee, TN. This is a very clean camper for the year. The interior of the camper has rear living with full kitchen and cathederal ceilings in the living area. Sofa that pulls out into a full size bed along with dining table that converts to bed as well. Bedroom features a queen size bed with a full length closet for a lot of storage needs. Drawer space is abundant thorough out the camper. Bedroom also features a full size shower with vanity and a separated toilet room for privacy. There are sliding doors to give all rooms of the fifth wheel privacy. The interior also comes equipped with two tv's, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, gas stove and double sink for your larger dishes to wash. Interior of RV is in wonderful shape and features original flooring, window coverings, upholstery, etc. as it came from the factory. Outside of fifth wheel is also in very good condition. There is a scratch on one of the cargo doors on the passenger side and a scratch on the rear driver side, but unnoticeable unless you are really looking close. Within the past two months, a brand new factory air conditioner (purchased from Camping World) and a brand new awning (passenger side for outdoor living space) has been added. There is exterior lightning that works well for the patio area and door in the evening hours and allow to fully see into the cargo bay storage areas. I will also include all sewer hoses, water hoses, and all outdoor accessories that I have with the purchase of the camper. I have been residing in this full time in a local campground in Nashville, TN but am having to sell due to relocation. Since I live in it, I do know that everything is currently working in good order and you are welcome to see the camper while connected to full electric and hookup so you can see for yourself.
