Rear kitchen with upgraded real wood cabinets, well maintained clean bathroom, ice cold central/ducted A/C, central/ducted propane furnace, propane hot water heater, 3 way refrigerator/freezer, propane stove with oven, microwave/hood combination, built in stereo with CD player, smoke detector & built in carbon monoxide/propane detector. Camper is in excellent condition and is turn key & ready to use. I just had the entire unit serviced by Alpin Haus in Amsterdam NY. My wife & I are the second owners. Camper is being sold with a 16k Reese sliding fifth wheel hitch(without rails). Also comes with a brand new queen mattress, brand new spare tire, two 30amp power cords, tv cable wire, water line with pressure regulator, two sewer hoses, wheel chucks and all necessary blocking for leveling.
