2004 Used Keystone COUGAR 290EFS Fifth Wheel in Texas, TX. Thank you for your interest in this RV. My wife and I bought this RV to live in as we traveled for her medical rotations required by school but she ended driving to each one daily so we never actually used the RV for permanent residence. The RV is parked in an RV park and is move in ready with everything inside in great shape and fully functional. I'd highly recommend staying where the RV is currently parked as the landlord is a great guy and very reasonable with his rent costs. Should you want to stay where it is parked near Pleasant Farms, South Odessa, rent is $350 per month for rent space, water, electric, community laundry facility, and groundskeeping. I am attaching several images as we are pricing this to sell quickly. According to NADA.com, the RV is worth just under $9000 and we are asking for $8500.
