2004 Used Winnebago RIALTA 22QD Class B in Arizona, AZ. We are non-smoking original owners who just rolled over 89K fabulous miles. The mechanical condition is very good, most recently having a serpentine belt and power steering unit replaced, along with 4 brand new tires & front windshield. We just had the unit re-caulked professionally. Â The carpet is original, having always been covered with plastic and rugs, 2nd row seats were removed, unused and stored. Front leather is in very good condition and rear dinette seats were also always protected. This unit comes with upgrades of front leather, surround stereo speakers and high altitude refrigerator. It is outfitted with a Fiamma Awning and full Fiamma Florida Room screen house. Always housed in Arizona so no rust problems. The graphics are fading along with the skirting, and the clear coat on the hood has lifted in places. Many extras not listed here. More photos provided on request.
