SUMMARY: This is a very nice Class A Motor Home, we are the second owners and have owned the coach since 2015. All original purchase documents are included along with all service documentation and certification for Six New Michelin tires. It features two slide-outs and is clean inside and out. It starts, runs and drives as it should. It can climb a mountainside highway like a champ with no overheating, the radiator was boiled and fully cleaned out in 2016. The interior is clean with no unpleasant odors and no smoking in here! Carpet flooring in cockpit, living area, dining and bedroom is in okay condition, no holes or burns. Walls throughout are all clean; however, with any used coach, some do show some minor scuffs and/or blemishes. Dash in good condition and everything works as it should. Large two-piece windshield is good; however, does show some stone chips. TIRES ARE NEW!!! Everything is in working order and the coach has been fully serviced by a licensed facility every year including the generator. Does come with books and manuals, original purchase documents this coach sold for $248,200 in 2005.
