2005 Used Coachmen SOMERSET 370RLS Fifth Wheel in Alabama, AL. This 37 foot fifth wheel is a real value
It has 2 great working AC's-a 15,000 BTU with "quick cool"a 13,500 BTU in the bedroom. They provide a consistent, cool and comfortable living space which is a appreciated in this hot, humid climate.
The living area has opposing slides to create a very large and comfortable living space - complete with a cozy fireplace. There is 3rd slide in the bedroom.Â
The dining area has booths that offer additional storage beneath, but they also fold down to create a twin bed. More maple cabinets are above the dining area.
The kitchen area offers plenty of space and conveniences to enjoy preparing meals. Â Clean up is a breeze with the nice double sinks.
For cooking meals there is a 3 burner high output range complete with a 21" oven and a microwave. The double door refrigerator runs on either gas or electricity. There are plenty of cabinets in the kitchen to accommodate all of your entertaining needs.
The bathroom has a large shower with a skylight. The sink has plenty of cabinet space and a mirrored medicine cabinet. The commode is located in a separate and private space.
The bedroom has a queen bed with a beautifully deisigned residential headboard. A large dresser with 11 drawers provides for plenty of storage. The bedroom closet is located behind mirrored sliding doors and is very spacious.
This unit has 50 amp. electrical service, and double 30 pound lp.bottles. Outside storage is ample with the large pass through sliding storage tray accessible from either side.
This Coachman is very clean and well cared for. No pets or smoking
The cabinets are constructed of beautiful summit maple and cabinets are plentiful in this unit. Storage is not a problem!
There are 2 euro lounge chairs with ottomans and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room and maple cabinets above each. Â An entertainment center with a 32" flat screen television is surrounded by even more cabinets for storage.
Tinted thermo pane windows are completed with day and night shades throughout the fifth wheel and the rear of the fifth wheel boasts a arched catheral window.
New Goodyear tires were purchased for this fifth wheel in January 2017.
Although this fifth wheel has been used for vacationing only, it would provide all that is needed and more for full time living.
