2005 Used DRV MOBILE SUITES 36RS3 Fifth Wheel in Kansas, KS. 2005 DRV Mobile Suites that is in excellent condition.  Thermostatic controlled heat/air and heat pump in living area and heat strip in bedroom.  Electric or gas water heater.  Electric or gas refrigerator that was replaced in 2016.  All windows in living area replaced in 2016.  Central vac with attachments.  Flat screen TV with surround sound throughout coach.  Stereo and Blue Ray DVD player.  Dining table with leaf and 4 chairs (2 folding).  Solid oak cabinets/trim.  A lot of storage inside and out.  3 burner gas stove with overhead micro/convection oven (new 2014). Combo washer/dryer. King bed.  Large closet with safe. Power awning replaced 2016.  One piece rubber roof with new air conditioner covers and new sky light over shower. Good tires with aluminum wheels and new shocks 2017.  Storage underneath with slide out tray.  Kept covered in winter.  Waxed yearly.  Very good coach, heavy built.  Great reputation for realibility, durability and comfort.  Everything works.  Non smoker, no pets.  Must see to believe.  Cared for with love.
