All seating areas are in excellent condition. Queen bed in rear. Nice bath/shower with extra headroom. Porcelain toilet. Drivers /Co-pilots compartment is very comfy with excellent visibility. All gages work, good drivers compartment heating and cooling. Remotely controlled and heated mirrors. Adjustable steering wheel. Carpeting is in very good condition. Kitchen has double sinks, stove top burners and an oven as well as a microwave. A hood exhaust fan/light as well as a convenient fantastic fan located above the cooking area. A large refer/freezer located to the right of the kitchen as well as storage for canned/boxed food. This RV has 'tons' of storage inside and out. Built on a Ford chassis and powered by a V-10 with automatic transmission. You will drive this coach with confidence. Tires are dated by look OK....I planned on replacing them prior but health issues interfered with my planned trip to Mesa, Az. This coach comes with two air conditioners and an excellent heating system. It has an almost never used gas generator. This Flair has 4 automatic leveling jacks. Also a trailer hitch for your 'Toad'. There is a roof mounted manually operated dish. If you're shopping for an excellent pre-owned RV, you owe it to yourself and your family to check mine out.One previous owner. I purchased it from Camping World in December 2016, they checked it all out and I stored it until my planned trip to AZ. but heart surgery took precedence.
