2005 Used Fleetwood TIOGA 31K Class C in New Mexico, NM

2005 Used Fleetwood TIOGA 31K Class C in New Mexico, NM. This RV is in pristine shape, low miles with a great floor plan.  The large slideout has a new slide topper and the awning canvas is brand new too.  Only 48000 miles - we've treated the coach lovingly.  The exterior has the upgraded finish and paint with Class A type hydraulic storage bins all along the outside of the coach.  The driving coach has upgraded seats with adjustable mirrors.  The living area has small upgrades that make a big difference:  retractable additional counter space, pantry, storage space under the bench seating.  The bathroom is seperate from the shower, with a sink available at both (one in the bathroom and one adjacent to the shower.   There is also ample storage underneath the master bedroom. 
We've had this coach inspected by a local RV service firm - all appliances and feature are in working order.  The generator is well serviced, the roof was recoated every 3 years, the AC filter is changed regularly, and the coach has 2 new house batteries and a new vehicle battery (under warranty).  The electric step provides easy entrance into the coach and there's an external stereo.
