2005 Used Forest River LEXINGTON 270 Class C in Alabama, AL. This is a Forest River Lexington GTS 270. All of the standard Lexington features plus Premium Sound Package, Solid Surface Countertops, Maple Wood Throughout with Raised Panel Maple Doors and Refrigerator Panels, Power Remote Heated Mirrors, Leather Furniture Appointments, Cedar Lined Wardrobes, High Line Window Treatments, Upgraded Lighting Package, Fiberglass Roof, Outside Shower, Day/Night Shades, Rear Ladder, Electric Step, Microwave/Convection Oven and 13.5 BTU A/C. 
I have owned this motorhome since 2007, purchased with a little over 6000 miles, I used it to travel for my business in AL, MS and the FL Panhandle, never in snow or salt. It has been maintained well, some minor cosmetic flaws and dings inside and out, it's 12 years old. The oil has been changed every 5000 miles (highway driving), spark plugs changed at 110,000. New front tires, brake rotors and pads as well as upper and lower ball joints in August 2016, Bilstein shocks are a few years old. The rear tires have approximately 10,000 miles remaining. There are 2 coach batteries, one is new the other was new in 2014, the starting battery was new in 2014. The coach air unit was replaced with a new unit in August 2016. The main awning is new as well as the one over the slide out, all roof vents, including the Fantastic Fan have Max Air vent covers. Everything works as it should with the exception of the roof mounted King Dome satellite dish. Onan Microquiet Generator, serviced as specified. I've done a headlight upgrade as well as adding a new dash sound system head unit with new speakers. The dash air works great! There were some very minor water leaks in 3 of the corners of the coach, slight stains on the ceiling and I've added a strip across the bedroom seam, not easily noticed. The roof seals are very good and nothing needs to be done on the roof at this time. There were no pets and no smokers. Some personal items may be removed if seen in a couple pictures (like the hose on the roof), only the items included in the original unit are included.
