The following items are new: microwave, tires, 28" flat screen internet TV, 25' 50 amp electrical service cord with 30 amp adapter, 12v deep cycle battery. The gas/electric refrigerator and freezer are accessible when the slide out is in. All skylights have vent insulators. Dexter E-Z lube wheel bearings. Minor water damage in the rear corner but leak has been repaired. Fenders on both sides need to be replaced. This fifth wheel is fully functional and ready for the camp ground. Easily pulled with Ford F250 PS, shipping weight 8065 lbs, hitch weight 1565 lbs, overall length 31' 10". Still watertight after Irma.
