Description

2005 Used Keystone OUTBACK 30FRKS Fifth Wheel in Utah, UT. *Private Seller*
30FRK-S 33+ foot 2005 Keystone Outback Sydney Edition.
Built for full time living, but we use it for camping.

It is 33' 3" in length and has a massive 14' powered slide that opens the living and kitchen area up with a ton of room. We have had this unit for just over 4 years now and have really enjoyed it.

ON THE INSIDE:
*Gas oven and range
*Electric/gas refrigerator/freezer
*Electric/gas water heater (Brand New)
*Microwave oven
*Central AC with wireless remote
*Central heat with wireless remote
*32" flat screen TV
*AM/FM/CD system
*Carbon monoxide/propane detector

Furniture includes:
*Table with extensions and 2 chairs
*Reclining couch bed
*2 rocking recliner style chairs
*Full size bed.

There are a ton of cabinets and storage inside the unit.
It has a full stand up shower with skylight and a separate bathroom.
Sliding blinds on all windows.
Bedroom has a privacy curtain, 2 night stands and extra storage under the bed.

ON THE OUTSIDE:
*One piece rubber membrane roof with NO LEAKS.
*All 4 tires are 2 years old with tons of life left, also includes a spare with good life remaining.
*Outdoor gas cook top
*Outdoor sink
*Outdoor shower
*2 30lb propane tanks
*2 deep cycle batteries
*Very large basement storage under the front of the unit.
*30A 115V shore power line
*Standard hitch receiver at the rear to pull your boat or trailer behind
*Electric front jacks
*Rear scissor jacks
*I seal the roof every year and it has been done for this year already
*16' roll out awning (the material will need to be replaced soon)
*None of the tanks leak or have issues.

Overall the unit is in good shape and everything is in great working order. There is some bubbling in the front and back caps which is common on this year range of Outbacks. As stated before there are not any leaks or water damage on the unit. We have title in hand and It is ready to hitch up and roll!
