2005 Used Lazy Daze 27 MID-BATH Class C in New York, NY. 2005 Lazy Daze 26.5 or 27 foot class C mid-bath low miles camper RV, has some cosmetic body damage I will explain later. Low miles 14,000. I just spent over $5,000.00 refurbishing components. I have logged 6,000 trouble free miles on the drivetrain in the past year. Installed two new Interstate coach batteries Replaced gas pick up tube to generator, generator air cleaner, generator spark plug and oil $390.00 Two new window screens New door hinge from Lazy Daze factory $30.00 Refrig was not working, tech replaced both circuit boards Six new tires Firestone Transforce H/T, front wheel alignment Commercial quality dually air valve extensions for rear four wheels and front tires New shower skylight dome Vent lid Two new fantastic vent lids white Maxxair vent cover over bedroom fan New emergency exit hatch lid, gasket, crank handle and a bathroom door latch New window lock, screen door slider, switch plate, dinette latch New shower hose and head, new outside shower hose and head, bathroom window blind and dinette fluorescent light  New kitchen blind and mirror knob for closet , seal and sprayer New chrome front bumper New 2" front receiver hitch Oil change preformed 2,000 miles ago with Ford correct 5w20 synthetic blend, serpentine belt, air filter and coolant flush with correct Ford OEM coolant Shurflo water pump New Jensen TV combo DVD player Removed front seats, removed carpet from center console and cab floor installed new carpet in cab area Removed all existing flooring and installed new hospital grade linoleum used in surgery rooms Two new under cabinet Vornado fans 120V mounted above dinette and another in rear bedroom under TV cabinet
The previous owner neglected to monitor the old batteries and acid overflowed staining the paint and sticker below. The acid corroded the ball bearings in the slide out battery tray and it will not slide out. Luckily the sticker is still available for only $2.75 a linear foot, and this will require a repaint below the trim piece from the cab corner to the rear wheel. The driver's rear bumper corner is bruised with a crack in corner molding see photo. The corner molding is available from Lazy Daze for $100.00. The passenger side lower fiberglass skirt has a gash from cab corner to door jamb. Luckily the entrance door and storage compartments open and close properly. Someone did an ugly job trying to patch it. I have the new hinge for the door. This portion needs body work to be done properly, or an inexpensive bondo job depending on your standards and budget. The right front passenger cab corner piece sells for $100.00 from Lazy Daze. The half moon molding is $48.00. If you decide to replace the baggage door to propane tank, generator and storage compartment each door is $90.00 from Lazy Daze. The LP decal is $2.50. The entire damaged fiberglass skirt is $250.00 from Lazy Daze. The remainder of the body is excellent as seen in photos.
