2005 Used Newmar ESSEX 4502 Class A in Indiana, IN. I am offering for sale my 2005 Newmar Essex 4502 I have owened the unit for almost 3 years and prior to me a friend of mine owned for 6 years I have always kept the coach stored inside and maintaned to the up most degree.
   The chassis has 55,000 miles it is a Spartan K2 with air and hydrolic leveling, it has a 500 cummins engine and an Alission transmission, tag axle and 2 speed jake brakes. I put 8 new Michilen xza tires on in june of 2015, and 6 new house batteries in july of 2015 I replaced all shocks in 2016 with konis and had spartan replace bell crank bushings and tie rod ends and align in 2016.
   The coach is powered by  a 12,500 onan diesel generator on a hydrolic slideout tray. It is heated by 3 roof top ac/ heat pumps and the Hydro hot hydronic heating system with endless hot water. It has 4 slideouts for a roomy feel. the basement has power locking doors 2 slideout trays and very deep storage bays. It has a 50 amp service with a power cord reel. The wet bay has an auto tank fill feature, black tank flush, and a hose reel.Â
   The house features full ceramic tile floor throghout with cherry cabinets and leather villa furniture. Both front couches fold flat for additional sleeping there is a table and 4 chairs, solid surface counter tops, ressesed lighting, residential fridge, dishwasher, and convection microwave oven.  Behind the galley is the seperate washer and dryer and the lavratory opposite of the shower and toilet room. The bedroom features a king bed with storage underneath and a cedar lined closet with safeÂ
