Description

2005 Used Roadtrek 190 VERSATILE Class B in Kentucky, KY. This vehicle has had the same winterization fluids in it for the past two winters.  It was used as a daily driver for the past two years up to about 6 months ago when we bought a 3rd vehicle and now it is hardly being used.  It’s time to let it go.

It has been used but not abused and I will try to give you a good idea of the true condition it is in.  Please feel free to contact me with questions.

The Good

4 New Bridgestone, same as original equipment, they’ve been good tires and I stayed with what works, $970.00
One owner, non-smoker, no pets, all service done by a Chevy or RV dealer and mechanically sound
From 2005 through 2012 it was used on weekends or long road trips, most of the miles are highway mileage
This was the 30th anniversary addition and was fully loaded, see Retail Price list in the photos
The generator was replaced in 2012 and has very few hours on it
No cuts or tears on the upholstery
Unless otherwise stated, all other RV house functions are operating properly

The Bad

The toilet flushes but when you push it all the way down, sometimes the flap stays open and you have to jiggle it to make it close
The front stereo speakers work but sometimes have a very raspy sound to them
The valves for the sewage release seep and the drain pipe fills with fluids (not solids), it takes some care to drain but I understand that the valves can be replaced

The Ugly

The clear coat on the roof is pealing, decals are faded and the front headlights are hazy
The driver’s side door plastic housing for the lock was damaged when a break in was attempted but the key fob still works to lock and unlock the vehicle
There’s a 12” scratch at the driver’s side rear where I backed into a sign’s corner and the driver’s side rear fiberglass bumper is cracked where I backed into a short retaining wall, the bumper has been that way since 2009
I failed to reseal the roof vent and rain water seeped in and stained the interior wall upholstery, I sealed the vent last summer and it is no longer leaking
There is some water staining at the wall by the floor behind the driver's seat where a can of Sprite leaked and I think we spilled water there as well

This vehicle has been a joy to own, drive and have.  On two occasions we have spent over 20 days in this RV traveling across the United States.  Some cosmetic and RV house issues have arisen in the 13 years we've owned it but now, I just don't have the time to perform the required maintenance on it.  I could have work done on it but then the price would go up.

All the little odds and ends are starting to add up and I don't see me repairing them if we're not using it.  I hate to see it just sit in the driveway.  It needs to go to someone that will take care and make use of it.
